Our Philosophy: Your Trust is Our Priority

At Evispire, a platform operated by Levspire Solutions Inc., our mission is to empower small businesses with powerful AI tools. We understand that your business data is your most valuable asset. This policy outlines our unwavering commitment to protecting your data while delivering a world-class AI experience. It is designed to be transparent and easy to understand.

This policy is a living document and is incorporated by reference into our Beta Test Agreement and our Terms of Service.

1. Key Data Definitions

To be crystal clear, we differentiate between two types of data:

"Source Data"

This is your core business data. It’s the information you connect to our platform from services like QuickBooks, Shopify, or upload directly. It includes your financial records, sales data, customer lists, and other proprietary business information. You own your Source Data, always.

"Usage Data"

This is data generated when you interact with our platform. It includes the prompts you submit, your feedback on AI performance (e.g., thumbs up/down ratings), and system performance metrics (like how long a query takes).

2. Our Commitments to You

Here are the hard-and-fast rules we operate by:

Commitment #1: We Will Never Use Your Source Data to Train Global Models.

Your Source Data is used for one purpose only: to provide the service directly to you. We will never use your specific business data to train our general (multi-customer) AI models or share it with any other customer. Your data will not be used to give insights to your competitors.

Commitment #2: Improving Our AI is an Opt-In Choice, and It's Off by Default.

To make our AI smarter, more accurate, and more useful for everyone, we need to learn from real-world interactions. We do this by analyzing anonymized Usage Data. However, you are in complete control.

• By default, your Usage Data is NOT used for AI model training.
• You will be given a clear choice within your account settings to opt-in to allow us to use an anonymized version of your Usage Data for this purpose.
• Your decision to opt-in or not will never affect the quality or availability of the service you receive.

Commitment #3: We Prioritize Anonymization.

If you choose to opt-in, we take rigorous steps to de-identify your Usage Data before it is used for training. Our anonymization process is designed to automatically find and remove Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and other potentially sensitive named entities from your prompts. Our goal is to train on patterns and structures, not on your specific, identifiable information.

3. Your Control and Choices

We believe in empowering our users. Within your Evispire account settings, you will find a clear section for "Data & Privacy Controls" where you can:

• Manage your opt-in/opt-out preference for AI model training at any time.
• Request the export or deletion of your Source Data in accordance with our agreements.

4. Use of Third-Party AI Providers

To provide our cutting-edge AI features, we may partner with leading third-party AI model providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or others). We select these partners carefully based on their security and privacy practices.

• When your data is sent to these providers to generate a response, it is used only for that purpose.
• Our agreements with these providers prohibit them from using your data to train their own models or for any other purpose. For more information, you can review the data usage policies of our key partners, such as at OpenAI's Enterprise Privacy Page or similar.
